Renting with Ralcin
Tenants want a good home and landlords want good tenants who respect their property. Sounds simple enough, but our point of difference is the regard we show our tenants as valued members of this relationship group.
Mutual respect is central to our core values and it’s demonstrated at all levels of business, ensuring your rental journey is enjoyable and straightforward.
Once you have viewed a property that you are interested in applying for, all applications must be submitted in writing and on our approved tenancy application form.
All tenants intending to reside at the property must submit an application.
Our renting guide walks you through where to look for a rental property, how to apply for a rental property, the costs of renting, what should go in a condition report, what to be aware of when signing a tenancy agreement and more.
